Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of an order by contacting ADS Biotech through our official contact details.

Cancellation requests will be reviewed based on the current status of the order. If processing, procurement, engineering, fabrication, or manufacturing has already started, cancellation may not be possible or may be subject to applicable costs incurred by ADS Biotech.

2. Customized Machinery & Equipment

Customized machinery and project-based equipment are manufactured or supplied according to specific customer requirements.

Once design, engineering, procurement, fabrication, manufacturing, or other project-related work has commenced, such orders may not be eligible for cancellation or a full refund.

Any cancellation request for customized equipment will be evaluated based on the work completed and costs already incurred by ADS Biotech.

3. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered in the following circumstances:

• Duplicate or excess payment made by the customer.
• An order is cancelled and ADS Biotech approves the cancellation for a refund.
• ADS Biotech is unable to fulfill an order for reasons attributable to ADS Biotech.
• Any other refund specifically approved by ADS Biotech.

Refund eligibility will be determined based on the nature and status of the order or service.

4. Non-Refundable Amounts

Refunds may not be available for amounts relating to:

• Customized machinery or equipment after work has commenced.
• Materials or components specially procured for the customer.
• Engineering, design, fabrication, or development work already completed.
• Services or maintenance work that has already been performed.
• Costs or expenses already incurred by ADS Biotech for executing the order or project.

Where applicable, amounts may be adjusted against completed work or expenses incurred.

5. Service & Maintenance Cancellation

Service and maintenance requests may be cancelled before the scheduled work begins, subject to confirmation from ADS Biotech.

Once the service or maintenance work has commenced, cancellation or refund may not be available for the portion of work already completed.

6. Refund Processing

Once a refund is approved, ADS Biotech will process the refund through an appropriate payment method or channel, as applicable.

Approved refunds are normally processed within 5–10 business days from the date of approval. The actual time taken for the refund to be received may vary depending on the applicable bank, payment provider, or financial institution.

7. Payment Gateway

Payments made through our website or application may be processed through a third-party payment gateway such as Razorpay.

ADS Biotech does not directly collect or store customers' card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs, passwords, or other sensitive payment credentials. Payment transactions are processed securely by the applicable payment gateway and may also be subject to its own terms and policies.

8. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

To request a cancellation or refund, customers should contact ADS Biotech using our official contact details and provide:

• Customer name
• Order or quotation/reference number
• Registered email address or phone number
• Reason for the cancellation or refund request
• Payment or transaction reference, where applicable

ADS Biotech may review the request and supporting information before approving or rejecting the request.
