1. Delivery Process

Delivery arrangements will be made according to the nature of the product, equipment, machinery, project requirements, and the delivery location.

The applicable delivery terms, estimated timeline, transportation arrangements, and other relevant details may be communicated to the customer at the time of quotation, order confirmation, or project agreement.

2. Delivery Timeline

Delivery timelines may vary depending on the type and specifications of the order.

For standard products or equipment, delivery will generally be arranged within the timeline communicated at the time of order confirmation.

For customized machinery, project-based equipment, or specially manufactured products, delivery timelines may depend on design, engineering, procurement, fabrication, manufacturing, testing, inspection, and other project requirements.

Any delivery timeline provided by ADS Biotech is an estimated timeline unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing.

3. Customized & Project-Based Equipment

Customized machinery and project-based equipment are manufactured or supplied according to specific customer requirements.

The delivery schedule for such orders may depend on factors including customer approvals, technical specifications, material availability, manufacturing requirements, testing, installation requirements, and other project-related activities.

The applicable delivery terms will be communicated and agreed with the customer as part of the quotation, order, or project documentation.

4. Transportation & Shipping

Transportation may be arranged by ADS Biotech, the customer, or through an appropriate third-party logistics or transportation provider, depending on the order and agreed terms.

Shipping or transportation charges, where applicable, will be communicated to the customer before or during order confirmation.

The customer may be responsible for unloading, handling, storage, or other site-related arrangements unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information, including:

• Delivery address
• Contact person and contact number
• Site access information, where required
• Any specific delivery or installation requirements
• Necessary permissions or arrangements at the delivery location

Delays caused by incorrect information, lack of site access, unavailable personnel, or failure to make necessary arrangements may affect the delivery schedule.

6. Delivery Delays

ADS Biotech will make reasonable efforts to meet the communicated delivery schedule. However, delivery may be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including transportation issues, material availability, supplier delays, weather conditions, government restrictions, natural events, technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

In such cases, ADS Biotech will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant delays to the customer and work toward completing the delivery as soon as reasonably possible.

7. Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are advised to inspect the delivered products, machinery, or equipment at the time of delivery, wherever reasonably possible.

Any visible damage, shortage, or discrepancy should be reported to ADS Biotech within a reasonable period after delivery, along with relevant supporting details or photographs where applicable.

For customized or project-based equipment, inspection and acceptance may also be governed by the terms agreed in the applicable quotation, purchase order, or project agreement.

8. Installation & Commissioning

Where installation, commissioning, or site services are included in the order, such activities will be carried out according to the agreed scope and project terms.

Installation or commissioning may require the customer to provide suitable site conditions, utilities, access, manpower, permissions, or other arrangements as communicated by ADS Biotech.

Unless specifically included in the agreed scope, transportation, unloading, installation, commissioning, or site-related expenses may be charged separately.

9. Delivery Acceptance

Delivery will be considered completed when the ordered product, machinery, or equipment has been delivered to the agreed location or otherwise handed over in accordance with the applicable order or project terms.

For project-based orders, final acceptance may be subject to the specific terms agreed between ADS Biotech and the customer.

10. Changes to This Policy

ADS Biotech reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping & Delivery Policy when required. Any changes will be published on this page with the updated effective date.
